20120221 Give Credit

Made some little changes with my Mom's
pork, onion and egg saute
for lunch today.

Notice the 2 perfect egg yolks!

It is awesome to see people go into great lengths
with their skill,
and are willing to share them.
For me, this blog Cooking for Engineers
is such a great find.

It may be rainy, wet and cold outside
but  never a dampened spirit.
