20120609 MacaWrong Cheesecake

I have finally found some good use for my
failed macaron cookies!
Thanks to  Sopapilla Cheesecake recipe
I found in Pinterest.
It sure lighted a bulb.

Can work at a better appearance next time.
There surely will be a lot of use for
this luxurious almond flour crust from now on.

Here it is, ready for the taste test.

My failed macaron cookies, crushed to pieces
before spreading the creamy cheese on top.

Can add some butter next time.

Since my macaron cookies won't integrate with the melted butter,
I decided to cover the whole thing with almond powder.
I only used up one 8oz cream cheese here
with two egg yolks, some lemon juice
and NO sugar, since the macaron cookie
is sweet enough.

and cinnamon!

I must be over anxious at this point,
