20120901 Baked Saba Bananas

Slice Saba bananas into 3 thin slices,
dip in beaten egg,
coat it with all purpose flour
then bread crumbs
and bake in 230 degrees C oven.

Hmmmm, not at all crispy.
Wonder why....
Oh, but it is still maruya,
my favorite.
What more can one ask for
on a rainy afternoon?
